More About Stephen

Stephen came from Sydney to The Central Coast in 1968 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1969.

After spending 2 years Overseas he opened his own Practise at The Entrance in 1972.

He was well heavily involved in his community including Apex Rotary and in 1983 was elected as a Councillor into Wyong Shire Council where initially he was the Deputy Shire President and in 1986 was the Wyong Shire President for 2 years. He left the Council in 1991.

Stephen has largely practiced in Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Estates.

He holds a Master of Applied Law (Wills & Estates) .

He is married to Julie, and he has 5 children.

David grew up in Sydney where he completed his School Certificate at St Pius X College in Chatswood and his HSC at Marist College North Shore in North Sydney. He then went on to study at Macquarie University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws while working full-time. 

Graduating in 2018, David subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through The College of Law in 2018 while completing his Practical Legal Training with a law firm located in Parramatta, allowing him to be admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales as a solicitor that year. David was also listed as a Solicitor on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia shortly afterwards. 

Following his admission as a solicitor, David commenced practicing in a general practice law firm located in the Southern Suburbs of Sydney, where he gained significant experience in many areas of law during his 2 years working there. 

Seeking a seachange, David commenced practicing at Cutlers in November 2020, where he made the daily commute between Sydney and the Central Coast for 9 months before permanently relocating to the Central Coast in August 2021. 

Practicing in all of Cutlers’ areas of law, but with a strong focus on matters in Probate, Estate Administration and Litigation, Family Provision Claims, and Family Law, David prides himself on his keen eye for detail and his ability to design innovative solutions in the face of complex legal issues.

Jennifer grew up on the Central Coast and completed her schooling at Terrigal High School where she was named Dux of her Year 12 class. She went on to study a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Journalism)/Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology, Sydney. She also undertook one year of study during her university degree at the University of Uppsala, Sweden, studying International Law.

Jennifer completed her Practical Legal Training through the University of Technology, Sydney. She worked during her final years of University at a small boutique firm in Sydney focusing on Family Law and Litigation before commencing with Cutlers in 2011 when she was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW.

Jennifer has worked at Cutlers ever since in a full time position until 2016 when her first child was born. She now works part-time and is a mother to three beautiful girls with one more baby to shortly join her tribe.

Over the years at Cutlers, Jennifer has worked in a diverse range of practice areas, with particular focus on the areas of Conveyancing, Wills, Contested Estates, Family Law and Litigation.

Jennifer is compassionate and understanding and always does her best to achieve a fair and equitable outcome for her clients. Her clients value her diligence, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Mark Everingham is a seasoned lawyer admitted to practice in 1993, with extensive experience in private practice and the public sector across Newcastle, Sydney, and based on the Central Coast since 2001. Mark primarily deals with property law, planning, wills and estates, while also providing comprehensive general legal services.
